If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.

Payment Refund Policy for Online Payments
Refund for Charge Back Transactions are taken on a case by case basis. In the event there is any claim for refunds by the yourself (the User) for any reason whatsoever, we shall ask the User to assist us in the matter. If you have made payments via a third-party website, please alert us as well as the portal you have used and we will investigate the matter as soon as possible.
In case of Duplicate Transactions, please allow us some time to make the returns of the amount within 7-10 working days. It should be noted that notifying us earlier may speed up resolution.
All orders are processed within 2-3 Business Days from our business and given to a delivery partner company to expedite orders.
We endeavor to ensure that all orders and deliveries are done as quickly as possible, but in cases of higher than normal volumes, your orders and shipment may be affected and delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.
