Berries and spinach are a match made in heaven for raw smoothies, the sharpness of the berries can often mask the iron rich aftertaste of spinach. 

A great breakfast option for all weight watchers and for those looking to control their blood sugar levels and moderate their intake of excess sugar. Diet Muesli is specially formulated to be easily digestible and contains no added salt or sugar. Berries are low sugar fruits yet packed a sweet deliciousness. These ingredient together provide you with a satisfying breakfast option thats convenient, low on sugar and kind to your waistline.
  • 30g Diet Muesli
  • 10 Blueberries (fresh/frozen)
  • 8 Strawbberies (fresh/frozen)
  • 5 Blackberries (fresh/frozen)
  • Handful of Baby Spinach leaves
  • 50ml Coconut water/dairy/plant mylk
  • Ice cubes

Get your blender ready! Add the berries, spinach, muesli and choice of coconut water, dairy or plant based milk into the blender with a few ice cubes. Whizz away. Done. Now pour into a glass and enjoy this healthy, nutritious and easy to make smoothie. Always more fun to sip with a straw!
