Muesli popsicles with kiwi and banana? Sounds crazy! But they taste so good!! Don’t knock it until you’ve tried it. Especially, in summer on those hot mornings when fussy kids refuse to eat anything wholesome, this muesli popiscle comes disguised as a cooler when infact, its packed with the goodness of whole grains, almonds and dates. The banana and muesli balance the tanginess of the kiwis and together taste fresh and creamy in your mouth.

Children all over the world love food thats fun and attractive. Its often hard to make all the good stuff look like a party! But here’s one that’s going to be a keeper! Muesli and fruit popsicles are fun, wholesome and good for you!
Ingredients
  • 30g Classic Muesli
  • 4 kiwis
  • 1 large banana or 2 small elaichi bananas
  • 30ml of milk/mylk/yoghurt
  • sprig of fresh mint leaves (optional)
Ingredients

Add your chopped kiwis, banana, your choice of milk, almond milk, oat milk or yoghurt and finally the Classic Muesli and blend it all in one go! Its a delicious smoothie at this stage, and if you just can’t wait to taste it…go ahead and slurp away! But if you are keen on getting to the end result then pour your muesli smoothie mix into popsicle moulds, and set aside in the freezer overnight to be safe. The popsicles will need a minimum of 4.5-5hrs to set properly. When ready gently warm the moulds of the frozen popsicles so that they slide out in one piece. Et voila! Enjoy!
